目前，我们在新建监造执行中有HSE风险管理和质量管理体系。本标准的范围是定义HSE要求，并为新建监造实施阶段HSE风险管理活动的完成提供指导。其目的是确保与施工、安装、预调试、调试、启动相关的人员、资产和环境风险在可容忍的水平内。它涵盖了与施工、安装、调试工程以及相关运营活动相关的HSE风险管理活动除了单位设计的HSE方面。

After resource restructuring, in March 2014, the company was officially renamed Nantong Z&C Marine Offshore Engineering Pte Limited, registered in Nantong, Jiangsu Province.

We also have a subsidiary company named HELISAFE ENGINEERING PTE LIMITED which is established and registered in Hongkong and usually produces Marine helicopter platform, bulk tank, watertight doors and hatches, etc.

Currently, we have a Quality Management System and HSE Risk Management In New Building Execution. The scope of this Standard is to define HSE requirements and to provide guidance on the completion of HSE risk management activities during the execution phases of a new building. The purpose is to ensure that the risks to personnel, assets and environment, relevant to construction, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up are within tolerable level. It covers the HSE risk management activities related to engineering of construction, installation, and commissioning as well as to relevant operational activities except the HSE aspects of the design of the unit.
